The NHS Leadership Academy wins the Gold Award at the 2015 E-Learning Awards in the ‘Excellence in the production of learning content – not for profit sector’.
The NHSX project is a cloud-based internal application for use by NHS staff to share topics, learning and to access the NHS Leadership Academy courses and content.
We designed the whole user interface and user experience strategies and created an in-depth style guide. We explored a variety of different navigation elements, positioning and frameworks, aided by the use of usability research methods and best-practice data analysis.
Creating the interface was made a whole lot easier with the NHS having strict rules and regulations on the usage of their brand, which left us pretty limited in what we could do, but also enabled us to create at speed.
For a detailed insight on this project, check out the case study.
