The Role
As Product Owner, you will be responsible for capturing the requirements for projects and creating the documentation required to guarantee success. Working with clients in various industries / sectors and offering a human touch-point to discuss digital solutions.
You will be central to our discovery sessions, working closely with our technical director & design lead to define the success criteria and process flows required from a product perspective. You will have an experienced team of in-house designers, developers & software engineers to consult on how we can overcome challenges, with a product-first approach.
We’re looking for someone with at least three years of agency experience, with strong organisation and an unrivalled attention to detail.
Core Responsibilities
- Guide discovery sessions & capture product requirements
- Engage with stakeholders to capture business needs, goals, and pain points
- Translate high-level business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Analyse and document existing systems, data flows, and dependencies to understand how products need to work
- Validate and refine requirements based on feedback, technical constraints, and business priorities
- Act as the main bridge between business and customer stakeholders
- Communicate risks, constraints and issues clearly and proactively
- Facilitate workshops and demos to gather feedback and drive alignment
- Manage expectations and ensure all parties have a shared understanding of product goals and outcomes
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with at least three years of demonstrable experience of managing digital projects. You should have:
- Proven experience working on multiple projects within an agency environment
- Strong knowledge of web and digital technologies
- Demonstrated success in capturing product requirements
- Strong organisational skills
- Confidence in your communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to manage your workload to a high standard
- A self-motivated and proactive approach, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the digital landscape
